Need a tweak? Revisions are turned around as quickly as possible — usually well within 5 business days, depending on complexity. If we ever need extra info to get started, we’ll reach out right away to keep things on track.

Payment is only due once you’re fully satisfied with your final cover — no upfront costs. All prices are quoted in USD, unless we agree otherwise.
We accept secure payments via:
• Payoneer (USD or EUR)
• SWIFT transfer to our FOP account (registered private entrepreneur account in Ukraine, USD or EUR)
• SEPA transfer to our EUR FOP account
⚠️ Please ensure the currency of your payment matches the currency of the account (USD to USD or EUR to EUR). Transfers usually take 1–5 business days to clear.
Your sending or intermediary bank may apply standard transfer fees.
We don’t ask for payment until you’re 100% happy with your design — seriously. You’ll have unlimited revisions within the original concept, and we’ll fine-tune it until it feels just right. If you decide not to proceed before final delivery, there’s no obligation and no payment required.
Once you approve the final design and submit payment, we’ll send over the high-resolution, unwatermarked files. Please note that after delivery, we’re unable to offer refunds.

We use professionally licensed, royalty-free images from trusted sources like Shutterstock and DepositPhotos — included at no extra cost. Standard licenses cover up to 500,000 printed copies, and we make sure every image is cleared for commercial use.

We include a flattened PSD file (with editable fonts preserved) as part of our Coverly Prime Package. Source files are not available with other packages and are not offered separately.
Once the final payment is completed, full rights to the final cover design are transferred to you. Coverly may showcase the design in our portfolio, website, or promotional materials — unless you request a signed NDA. Your story, your cover — proudly yours.
Found a design you love? Just note the reference number listed near the cover and send it to us via the contact form or email. We’ll personalize the title and author name for you. Once payment is complete, we’ll deliver the final high-resolution files straight to your inbox.
